Support for html tags in htmlObject and text objects

Hello, i'm trying to do some tests with HtmlObject and/or text objects with html tags. I've some fields in the report that have simple html tags (<table> and <ul> tags) and i'd like to export these fields in report preview and then in pdf format. Is this possible? It seems that in text object there is a basic support for tags while the HtmlObject cannot be exported in pdf format (only in a webpreview). Is this true? Will be added more support for html tags in the future? The support for some basic tags would be very beneficial.

Thanks.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
