tfrxchartView don´t found class

in FastReport VCL

Hi

I have embarcadero 10.4 enterprise and when open program i have this errors :

dclfstee27.bpl not application win32 valid

the same with

dclfrxIBX27.bpl

and

dclfsIBX27.bpl


and when open a old code don´t found tfrxchartView class.

This code all ok in my old embarcadero 10.2 and i need work with tfrxchartView

    I have deleted my teechart and installed from embarcadero, now it does not give a loading error but this message keeps appearing and I cannot work with the form
