Old report in Delphi 10.4.1 turns out blank?

I have an application I wrote a few years ago (probably in Delphi 10.3 or earlier and Fast Reports 5) that I just had to add some functionality to but didn't change either of the two FastReports but now one works and the other doesn't. In the FastReport editor I can preview both reports and they appear fine with data but at runtime one works and the other comes out as a single blank page; no report title, no header and no data.

I can't seem to figure out what the problem is given that there aren't any error messages and the report preview works in the report editor; any idea's why this would happen?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
