i buy vcl 6 yesterday and install is error

i install fast report version 5 bundle delphi seattle and i uninstall fast report version 5 but i can not install vcl 6

how i must to do

i must format pc to install new windows?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph.
