Delphi CE Rio?

I have run the new FR Installer. It did a fine job of installing for XE7 Pro and Tokyo CE.

BUT! nothing was installed for Rio CE.

Is there a FR for Rio CE?

    No, FR 5 doesn't have 10.3 support. Upgrade it to FR 6
