Support for TRichView

Hi.

I'm new to FastReports and coming from ReportBuilder I'm pretty impressed with how quick and easy it is to use FastReports.

However, I've hit a snag. There doesn't seem to be a TRichView wrapper for Fast Reports. I've read some posts at the TRichView support forums that suggests that there are some API changes needed in FastReports to get it to work.

Any news on this or perhaps a workaround I can use?

Best regards,

Is anyone from Fast Reports Inc. monitoring these threads? It's been a couple of days now and no answer yet. I guess I'm quite impatient, but other third-party Delphi vendors has been much quicker with responses.

You can write any custom component for FastReport. See documentation for details.

Other way - using RX Lib (install RXLib, uncomment line RXLIB in fr.inc and reinstall FastReport package)

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
