Multiple non-data bands?

I am converting several Rave reports to Fastreport. I see multiple nondata bands in Rave. Is it possible to have a lot of such bands in Fastreport one after another? Someting like several headers one after another?

If you ask me why I did not put together all elements from Rave bands in one Fastreport band (ReportTitle for example) - because those memos are filled in run time, they are streched and cover several pages not just the first page. If they are in one band, they do not go to second page.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
