Do not respond to tickets
The company FastReport is still operating or closed?

I am very concerned because I have all my programs adapted to this FastReport and now I realize that no one answers assistance.

    Not my experience. Response can be slow sometimes, but on other occasions I have been very pleased with the turnaround. Especially as many of us have only paid a one-time user licence, and not an annual support fee! >
