Hightlight rules between values

Did someone already create a rule to compare two values?

Let me explain :
You can bring up a cell in red if its value is greater than 10000.

But I find no rule to bring up a cell in red if its value is greater than another value.

Is it possible ?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu.
