Control 'Chart' has no parent window

I get the error above and I notice the previous topic on this error and the suggested solutions but
I use FR 5.4 with RAD Studio XE5 with the teechart included version.
The frxChart.pas file isn't included so how can I fix the problem?

    frxChart.pas file should be included. At least I can see it in the FR for XE7 LibD21 folder (I don't know is it really included in the XE5)

    If you don't have frxChart.pas and can't to update TeeChart for XE5 - you can't to solve this problem

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
