Unable to load static library fsDB16.lib

I am using RAD Studio XE8. I downloaded the demo files posted in this thread: https://www.fast-report.com/en/forum/index....showtopic=12729

When I try to load the Project1.cbproj file in the InteractiveReport folder the project loads OK, but when I run it I get the error Unable to find static library fs16.lib.. I have looked all over and can't find this file. The C:\Program Files (x86)\FastReports\libD22 folder has a file fs16.dpk, but that's about as close as I can find. Where is fs16.lib? If this project is not compatible with RAD Studio XE8, where can I get C++Builder files that are compatible with RAD Studio XE8?

    Ignore loading of XE2 packages or open cbproj file in the text editor and replace 16 with 22

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
