Does the group of bands keep together in FR 5?

Would someone with FastReport VCL 5 on Delphi be so kind to test whether the problem reported at

also occurs with FR 5?

The problem occurs with FR 4, but I'm not yet sure whether it's a problem in my report or a problem with FR 4.
