Problems with cyrillic

I have a problem with cyrillic and more exactly - with Bulgarian language. Please, if anybody knows, lets tell me is it possible for Free Report to work with Bulgarian language, if not, what I coud do to solve the problem?

    FreeReport is not distributed with the Bulgarian language.

    If you to want to use it with this language, will have to translate the archives ".RC" of the folder "Res/English".

    Later compiling the archives, it will have to copy them for the folder "Source".

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
