Which is the best way to add a grid?

I use a extended DBGrid to show several data in my app, it is not just rows from a database. The data is in memory, not in a database. Also some cells are merged.

Now, I need to add the feature to print using FastReport but I am not clear about which is the best way to do it.

Do I need to create 4 line objects for each cell ?

Does a specific component exist for this purpose?

I think that the only form of you to print these data is creating a report through code line.
