Name toolbar

hi,
I'm trying fastreport.net for my application and I am very satisfied.
I wanted to know what they're called in DesignerControl some toolbar, I have attached a picture where I marked in red the parts that I can not recall with DesignerControl1.Plugins.Find ("...").
