Blank page created in fast report

Hi,
I am currently using Fast Report 4.0 to create reports. I am using multiple pages for generating report. Pages are inserted with conditions. 4th page Header band StartNewPage property is set to "True", when I get the report I face an issue When the number of records in 3th page detail band are exactly fitting in the page , then a blank page is inserted before 4th Page.

Please help me for the same.

    Can you attach your report template (fr3) abnd saved preview pages (fp3)?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
