KeepTogether not working with version 4.15

I am using old school C++ Builder 5 with FR 4.15 VCL. I love Fastreports, I bought it 10 years ago!

I have a simple report, just a master band and a detail band. I want the 2 bands to print on the same page.

I have the master bands KeepTogether property set to true.

This works fine......so far.

Now on my detail band, I have columns set to 3, and the columnwidth set to 2.6. Now when I print, the detail band will break onto a new page, it won't force the master band to start on a new page.

I created a brand new report, and created everything from scratch, and now it works like expected. So something on the first report isn't quite right, but I got it working.
