v4.15.4 png issue with transparency

edited 10:59AM in FastReport 4.0
Hi support
Recently I downloaded v4.15 of the vcl edition as my png pictures were showing black backgrounds in their transparent regions.
I thought I had got rid of the problem by grabbing 4.15.2 the other day but it worked for a couple of compiles then went back to the same transparency problem.
I have uninstalled that version then installed 4.15.4 and still no joy.
Any idea when this will be fixed or if there's something I can try?
Tried highquality on and off, transparency on and off, centered, stretched on and off, autosize on and off. No difference.
Cheers

If this is support then I think it's time to change reporting software.

First, have you made a ticket? That is the official way of dealing with problems.
Second, what do you expect them to do? Unless they can produce the problem on one of their machines everything points to the problem being your computer or setup. Why would it work a couple of times and then stop working?
If you have Pro then you could trace into the source code and see whether you can figure out what is going on.

First, I asked them for support, not you. Get off your high horse, get a life, girl, whatever.

You come to a forum and want specific people only to help you, and very quickly on top of it? Good luck.
