TFCGrid - Number of Column and Row

Hello.
I would like to know the number of columns and rows in a TFCGrid table and I would also like to read the value of each cell by specifying the row and column.
Is that possible?

    It also would take me a property or function to read all labels headers row and column, and count how many fields are managed for rows and columns.
