To Gord
It seems I cannot mail you directly anymore :-(
Hi Gord,
it took me a little time to get back to this. Let me tell you my
experiences:
I am able to load the report in question with fr2.51. I set the pagesize
to A4 and selected a valid printer.
That's about all i could do since it wouldn't preview because auf my
calculated memo [Itemflag] will try it again and remove it or set it to
text only for testing purposes.
Under 2.47 (and I thing it may work under 2.51 as well) I could
reproduce my ghostly pagefooter content moving to to p of report. Here's
how it works:
I have my database on two different drives at home and at my office.
when trying to preview the report with wrong database settings thus no
data can be found and it takes some time to timeout pagefooter content
is moved to top. why I don't know but i could definitly reproduce it
that way.
fr2.51 would lock up after that operation.
that's all for now, maybe you can make sense of this?!
