Demos are in A4 size - USA uses Letter

Is there an easy way to convert the demos to use Letter size instead of A4? I am a complete newbie and am trying to run the demos to get some ideas.

None will print on my ancient HP LaserJet 4 printer without it asking me to load A4 paper (which I cannot easily buy here in USA). Is this revenge for USA programs demanding Letter when all you EU guys have is A4? Use scale printing mode. You can select it in print window

Scaling did not work, but selecting Letter size in the Page Settings of the Previewer did.

As you suggested earlier in this thread, I tried that first. The printer LCD displayed "insert A4 paper into tray 3"

It worked when I used the Page Settings dialog and selected Letter. No error messages and it printed successfully without clipping. It works consistently on all demo reports (but is a pain to set each time).

So, problem solved. No need to beat the dead horse. :-)

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
