Bug report?

I have report the bug with Ticket #250360 Bug in Memo Edit with XE2 Application with Style. (January 06, 2013)
Why until now, i don't know the progress about the bug?
How exactly to report the bug in the support?

    Yeah. I'm try reply for some times and i just want to know the progress. And just i look in the ticket that is signed as (Подтверждаю). I try translate with google translate(I don't know russian lang), and the result is 'Confirmed'.
