Greek characters appear as ? in latest release

I have just upgraded to the latest FastReport 4.13.1.
Without having made any changes to my code, I now find that Greek characters that have been inserted into my report templates (.FR3 files) as headings (e.g. 'Ï', 'γ', 'φ', 'ν'), now appear at run-time as '?'.
These characters appeared correctly in the reports generated by the previous release of FastReport (4.12).
Has anyone else come across this problem?
(I have reported this to Tech Support, but I am still waiting a response from them...)

I have now installed v4.13.2, but the problem still exists.
If I go back to v4.12.14, everything works as expected.
I am waiting for TechSupport to acknowledge the problem in 4.13.2 (which I reported to them today) and then to provide a fix.

Very poor customer support.
This is a readily demonstrated regression in the latest release which I would expect to be acknowledged by FR without delay together with a timescale for fixing.
Would someone from Fast Report please reply to this post.
