PDF export of RTF-Text

edited 5:16PM in FastReport 4.0
Hello,

the export of rtf-text is totally useless since the rtf is exported as bmp or another image. The users (including myself) are complaining since 2008 or maybe earlier. So I got the following question:

When will fast report be able to export rtf as text like all other programs do?

I really (really) need this feature to get rid of the big filesize.

Thanks in advance

Can anybody answer this, I would really like to use Fast Reports but exporting RTF as an image is not acceptable for my project.
    Cheers, Robin.

For anyone else interested, I sent the same question to their support email, and got the following reply:
"Conversion of RTF format to PDF format requires parsing of RTF files and translation them in FastReport's internal format. This is huge task and we do not have a plan for implementation such feature in near future."

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
