Linespacing MasterData

I have the problem that I need to reduce the line space in MasterData.
I tried to change the property linespacing in the MemoView in MasterData but there is no difference between values of 0, 1, 2. I think this property is just to change the line space for one entry of the master data. Is it right? So how can I change the line space between all elements of the MasterData?

    increase or decrease the height of the master data band above or below the memoviews

    Thansk for your answer.
    I can't change the height because there's only one MemoView in the band and the band has already the height of the MemoView.

    I solved the problem by decreasing height of MemoView and band. >

    Unfortunately this wasn't the right solution because when there's a text longer than the band wordwrap is used and it is overlapping with the next row.

    Did you use stretched band?
