A few enhancements/bugs for FR3

As I haven't used for my own reports yet - these have been been found in the demo:

1. Selecting different objects collapses [+] properties, ie. select a memo object, expand "Highlight" and click on a different memo object. Makes checking properties between objects very difficult.

2. Escape key doesn't work from preview.

    1) it is normal behavior in FR3 - I can't improve that.
    2) in the alpha 9 it works.

    When can we get a demo of Alpha 9 to try out (exe only would be fine for me)?
