Hierarhical categories

edited November 2011 in FastCube
Hi,

We have an internal structure for categories with subcategories.

For example

- categories
-- fruits
--- summer
---- watermellon
---- mellon
---- grapes
---- ...
--- winter
---- apples
---- oranges
---- ...
-- vegetables
--- green
---- letuce
---- ...
--- red
---- radish
---- ...
etc

(edit: sorry if it doesn't show up like a tree but that was my intention)

The categories can be anything and at any level.
Each record (lets say product) belongs to one category or subcategory only. Parent categories are implied.
Is it possible to make this work with fastcube and measure for example sales per category (including subcategories) and make it expand like a tree structure to see subcategories?

For example at top level we could see totals for fruits and vegetables (including everything below them).

Thanks

    Hi.

    FastCube 1 not support hierarchy.
FastCube 1 requires a separate field for each level of categories.

Support of hierarchies to be realized in FastCube 2.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
