IBX Error

When i try to install fr3 i get this error after
Component|Install Packages..."Add..." \FS\dclfs7.bpl file
i'm Getting...
Cannot load package 'ibxpress70.' It contains unit 'IBXConst,'which is also contained in package 'ibxpress73'

    FR3 trial is compiled with standard IBX package (without updates). You can't install it on Delphi with IBX update.
