FR4.12 install question for Delphi XE2

I have Delphi XE and Delphi XE2 installed on the same workstation (W2K8). I have been unsuccessful in getting FR4.12 to install into the XE2 environment.
What am I missing? Is there (or should there be) a separate FR4.12 install for XE2 ?

    Well this morning I downloaded the Delphi XE version, since it was the only one available. I just checked again and now there is a Delphi XE2 version. I'm sure that will resolve my issue.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
