FastReport and Autocutter

I have troubles with FastReports 4.6.83 and small printer Epson TM-T88IV (and similar).
That printer have autocutter feature and automatically cuts paper after print ends. It works from Windows (test page) and from Rave Reports. But page from FastReport is not cutted. It is not scrolled out, paper ends correctly, but without cut.
Maybe there is missing message or EndPage?

Using FastReports VCL 4.10 with a Citizen CLP521 thermal printer.
The Citizen also has an autocutter which is configured in the print settings to cut after the last page of the print job.
It works when printing a Windows test page, but doesn't work using FastReport.
Something's been broken between 4.9.106 and 4.10!
