  Make sure:
  1) you are using a dot-matrix type report
  2) that there is the printer.xml file in the application directory
  3) that you have the correct emulation selected

  Hi, just put your printer configuration (in the printer) to draft, if this not function add DMPCommand at the beginning of the report wuth #27#64 to initiate the printer.
