delphi 5 trial
i downloaded fast report last friday to evaluate as a replacement reporting tool for our delphi 5 application. i installed but receive the following error when attempting to compile any of the included sample projects. note - this is a first time install -no previous versions of fast report exist on this pc. we attempted an install on another pc (again no previous fast report installtion) and received the same error.
[fatal error] fr_view.pas[215]: Unit fr_class was compiled with a different version of fr_view.tfrpreview.
the fr_class.dcu in the source\d5 directory is dated 4/28/2004 01:31 pm
the only feed back from support was to remove 'old' paths from the library path and re-install. obviously this is not the correct solution to our problems.
any suggestions?
