Property NoSysSymbols does not exist.

I'm using FastReport 4.9.61 and Delphi 2010.
Today I used the Recompile function and changed the language, and now the program compiles, but just after start always show the error:
Error reading frxCSVExport1.NoSysSymbols: NoSysSymbols Property does not exist.
I tried to reinstall the components but the result is the same.
When I delete a component frxCSVExport1 error does not occur.

    It seems you reinstalled the component TfrxCSVExport improperly. Maybe a copy of this export still exists somewhere in your system.
