Save Query Designer State?

Hello,

A while ago I asked this:

When the user creates a query using the query designer (dragging and connecting tables) can the layout of this be saved, so that they

aren't shown an SQL query which they don't understand if they later edit that report?

The answer then was no, have you made any progress on this? It seems like a fairly simple task to save the state of the windows, which joins are there and which tables / fields. I don't expect you to update this if they switch to SQL view and make changes, in this case the ability to return to designer view is not necessary.

What I would like to do is disable SQL view altogether and present my end users with the query designer only, but currently if I did this, when they edit a report they woould have to keep rebuilding the queries.

Any updates on this?

    Hello,

We plan to implement this feature in the next major build. I think it will be ready in 2-3 months.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
