What doing ? V2.51 ou V3.00
We are testing some reporting tools for our applications.
FR seems to have a good price/fonctions ratio but we have a dilemn :
If we purchase 2.51 today we have all that we need :
end user tool
sources available
But it is planned to be replaced by the 3.00...
As we start a new project it seems to be more interessant to take the 3.00 but..
We can't see then price (important for us !) and the availability for this version.
What to do ?

OK it seemed to be the most evident way but ... some points are not very clear for us :
* If we order FR (single licence) now at what price will be the upgrade to the FR 3.00 with the end user tool ?
*Will the FR 2.5 reports be compatibles (or easy to upgrade) with FR 3.0 ?

You talking about Pro version, can't say exact prices. Something about $100-150 I think.

FR2.5 can't be just replaced with FR3.0, you have to port some code and fix some things in the report template. FR2.52 will have a report converter to FR3.0 format.
