FR4 Improve PNG Support

TFrxPictureView has no transparent support, I'm betting when it loads a Transparent PNG, it also gives it a background color of white.

Here the problem.
I've started storing signatures in my DB in PNG format to support transparent background.

I need the TFrxPictureView to be transparent, as some people signatures overlaps
a form a little bit. I've also notice the TFrxPictureView does not load PNG's in a database, which not the big deal I can export that then load it in.
It would be nice to have.

    Support for PNG transparency would be great ... so I second that feature request (a year later).
