Textobject, Default Height

Hi Alex,

is it possible to change the default height of a textobject?

We have created some styles with different font sizes, but the height of textobject remains the same. Ideally it should be adjusted to the size of the choosen font.

With best regards

Claus

    Hello,

I will try to do this.

    Please clarify:
    - you have a text object,
    - you change its font size,
    - now the object must increase/decrease its height according to the font size?

    Hi Alex,

A NEW text object should have a height so that the actual font size fits.
Currently the height of the text object is always the same. And one has to adjust it manually.

I'm not shure whether or not an existing text object should resized automatically if font size changes.
If you decide to do so, you should assign the text object an new "autosize" attribute that controls this behavior.

... by the way, we're moving forward. Some really good looking reports are finished!

    Happy New Year

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
