CORRUPT REPORT - ENTER PASSWORD

Ok I am having a very serious problem. I have a report that every so often when I make changes randomly becomes password protected.

The report is NOT password protect, and now I can't get back in to edit the report. This has to be some form of corruption, has ANYONE got a solution? I may have lost my report this time since I haven't backed it up in a week or two.

I noticed some posts about this on the old forum but no one ever answered them.

Please help.

    Hello Jaguarius,

    Unfortunatly there is nothing to do about it. You have to redo your report from scratch.

    I think this problem was introduced with FR2.50. If the report was saved with 2.50, sometimes it could cause this problem. I have seen two times this problem myself, both reports modified with FR2.50 by the enduser.

    If you can open the report with FR2.51 and save it, you should not see this problem anymore. In my case, it did anyway.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
