How many I need to pay to upgrade FastReport 4.6 to 4.7.

I don't understand the FastReports support. For days I have two tickets wating for a solution for my problem. I'm a registered user from FastReport 4.6 Enterprise VCL and in my control panel have a license key not valid for the version 4.7. The registered user from version 4.6 have free upgrade or no for 4.7 version ?[/img]

    the license key should not have changed make sure you have not typed any extra charaters (like a space) after the last character

    Can you try use the license key of my control panel with fastreport 4.7 ?
    The license key works only 4.6 version. Try it!

    i cannot, i don't have access to license keys they are unique to each user.
    suggest you go to your download page redown load and make sure you copy and paste the correct
    licence key if that still does not work click on the send license by email button.

    Not ok yet. I have downloaded again but works only old version ( 4.6 ). I can put the license key here or send for you by email ?

    Did you try the send license by email? if so did you receive it?
    if you did not, have you changed email address lately
    or is something blocking your emeil reception.
    sending it to me would not help you will need to wait for an answer to your support ticket.

    I have received the email.

    I have two tickets waiting for a reply since 11/03/2008 and one ticket closed without reply.
    Tickets 161600, 161474 and 161314.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph.
