The Basic Report Designer

Hi!
I've read that I can redistributable my aplication with free (for enduser and legal for me) Basic Report Designer. It was in email of Michael Philippenko.

What can I use this Basic Designer? Maybe someone could send my function's name or any examples? Or link to documentation?
Anything will be beter than silence.

    Redistributable DLL does not include designer code.
    There is only way - redistribute development dll without activation.
    After 15 day of full functionality designer will be switched to limited mode that allows edit existing reports, but does not allow create new reports.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
