Upgrade Policy

If I purchase FR2.5 now, do I have to purchase FR3 when it appears?

I've asked 'sales@...' this question but I've an urgent deadline to decide on a ReportTool (I'm installing a system tomorrow ;) )

    From the licence agreement:

    There are no charges for upgrades to newer versions of Fastreport.

    So, according to the licence agreement, there is no need to purchase an upgrade.

    If in doubt, ask upgrade@Fastreport for information.

    while their policy has been free within a version ie 2.. to 2.51(minor upgrade)
    IMHO I would expect a charge will apply to ver 3.0 (major upgrade).
